About Wendi Jones

Providing a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for counselling and psychotherapy in Gwynedd and online, bilingual in Welsh and English.

Supporting your emotional wellbeing

My practice focuses on helping adults and young people navigate difficult life transitions. I specialise in working with anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. Whether you are facing a sudden loss, coping with everyday stress, or looking to understand yourself more deeply, therapy provides a dedicated space to process feelings and build resilience. Sessions are available in English or Welsh (yn Gymraeg).

Flexible support and clinical supervision

In addition to in-person sessions, I am a fully qualified online counsellor, offering secure and flexible remote therapy to clients across Wales and the UK. I also work as a qualified clinical supervisor, supporting fellow counsellors in maintaining reflective, ethical, and high-quality practices. Whatever stage you find yourself at, we will work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you.

"Working with Wendi gave me the understanding and calm I needed to work through my grief and anxiety. Her warmth and professional guidance made all the difference."
